This a great company! They came in checked out our out furnace. They did their measuring and drawing for the new furnace and what they needed. Answered the questions we had, told us what would be done. Let us know how they could attach our ac to the new furnace without a hose running to the drain to make it a trip free hazard. Gave us pamphlets on what would be our new furnace. They also let us know what we could add on if we’d like. By the end of that day they had a quote ready for us. Kenny did a fantastic job in installing my a/c unit! I couldn't be happier! Now I have a Kooler home, when it gets warm outside! Definitely a 5 star rating!
We dealt with a few different companies over the years. Kooler BY FAR went above and beyond to help us solve a few serious issues we were having. April over saw everything from the issues with our well to septic issues and smiled all the way. That lady is not afraid to work hard and get dirty. Highly recommend Kooler and April for the amazing job she did for our family!!!!!
