I had to stop by around lunchtime because my doctor in the same building did not have a working EKG machine that day. Needless to say I waited for about 15-20 minutes after checking in and asked how much longer. They didn't seem busy with just one other patient before me. Soon after the manager came by and squeezed me in before the next set of radiology patients. I was out in about 6 minutes later. I take my grandmother here all the time for the past few years. They never get the appointment day or time right, saying that our appointment is always on another day or time (which is bogus because they give us appointment cards, which their staff writes themselves) and it causes a lot of issues. I hope one day they get their system down because people depend on them more than they realize. Edited 6/18: Previous post was 2-3 stars due to multiple issues.
