Fantastic company with great support. Reached out to Tim in technical support and within minutes had an intelligent conversation with an engineer about a mobile wet bench we were building as well as a replacement gaskets for a X79 VRM water block set. We discussed a server rack project in an old IBM water cooled server rack and he pointed me into the right direction with sales. Will definitely be speaking with Koolance moving forward for our water cooling needs.
Back in Feb 2021 I ordered some G1/4 fittings (quick disconnects and swivel 09’s), a visual and a digital flow meter, a copper radiator and some LED panel LED’s. Easy online ordering. I received email updates when my ordered was prepared and when shipped. All by the next business day. Everything arrived good and all in professional packaging. Good company. Please read full review! I cant find anyone else that makes a better block than Koolance. I really wish they would keep up with CPU block production and bring back VRM blocks again. and their RP450X2 drivebay units. There is always good quality from this place. I have a machine that still runs their very first nickle plated block that rolled off their production line and it still cools an OLD calibration machine today! No joke. Koolance custom loops are much better than AIO water coolers. If you touch the top of an AIO water cooler pump. They are warm and still transfer heat to your CPU. Read the bottom and I will tell you why. With koolance I've had no issues. The AIOs from OTHER COMPANIES do not cool a cpu like people think. AIOs have pumps directly built onto the cpu, and therfore when the pump starts to warm up, it keeps the cpu hot. So using something like a koolance generates actual results. Top quality products. Needs some new ideas. Koolance is smart, their people are smart. Their variety and design though needs to now start competing with features just like Alphacool, EK and Bitspower. Broad your support for OLDER stuff and remember your ROOTS. I can say that ive NEVER had a koolance product go bad on me yet in the past 15 years.
