The pilot light wouldn't stay lit on our heater and Koolair was the company that HomeService sent to investigate. I thought I might have to wait a few days for an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in for a next day appt. even though I called on a holiday. Our technician was Toli. He called the day before to confirm and when he was on his way.
