Brutal service. We signed a contract & were required to pay 50% down on a project on 2/28 with an installation within 6-8 weeks. After I heard NOTHING from them by 5/1, I called. Not only did they not order my awning until April, someone had left a post it note on my order that my order did not have to be installed until after spring. That was never a thing.
