My central air was broken last week during the heatwave. I sent email to Kool-Vent at night, and called next morning. Santana was such a nice lady, she came to visit my cottage and sent me the quote in very short time. She quoted for AC and heat pumps and explained a lot details to me. She arranged to install a new heat pump in my cottage at the same week. So happy to find this company and highly recommend.
Quickly replaced 2 bathroom ceiling fans, greatly improving on the original equipment. No mess left behind. Guys were courteous, clean and professional. Great job.
