I will never go back to the location in Forest Park. I normally go to the one in Lilburn. There the staff is great! The Forest Park location had staff who failed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will NOT be back.
Franklin Dental ask for new paperwork to be filled out at every appointment. I have been here twice in one week and asked to complete paperwork each time. Nothing has changed in two days. Totally ridiculous! The receptionist claims it is a company policy. Well I will be finding a new dentist.
