Dr Bell was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He had a horrible attitude from beginning to finish. He lied and told us they didn’t provide laughing gas for the comfort of my daughter who was getting her wisdom teeth pulled for the first time. When making the appointment the tech insured me there will be laughing gas. They also didn’t numb her gums completely before getting started. DO NOT BRING Your children there for braces. I've been dealing with these people for 4years now. What should've been a 2 years process has now been 4 years and still not done and they are charging me more money for extended treatment and is terminating my children as patients when they are the ones who keeps rescheduling appointments due to their lack of staff. They have the worst customer service and are extremely unprofessional please save yourself the trouble and headache.
