It was my daughter's Olivia first dentist appointment and I was very nervous because my son (who is 4) used to cry and scream at every check-up. The staff (Paola and Dr. Suk) were very nice and friendly ,and all the other nurses made Olivia feel comfortable . They gave her toys ,sunglasses and made her feel good about herself ! I WOULD NEVER!!!!!! The staff could not fully explain why I had to fill out paperwork (which was filled out once before) again!!! I was there the previous week!! And then a dark skinned greasy looking lady with a horrible outfit and bad wig on moved my children (physically) to get to an outlet to plug her phone in....GHETTO.... Kool location The staff is Professional the equipment and play area is nice, The Candler Rd location needs up grading, They don't have touch screen games built on the walls like this location for the children. The equipment in the back is so much better as well and the set up. This should be at all Kool smiles �������� Nice ppl and they speak Spanish and English in the Lawrencville location ��������
My son had a cleaning, and everything went well. The front desk was very nice and helpful. I was seen quickly and my visit was not long at all. My son and I was very happy and Ingrid help with that. Thank You...
The dental care is good, but recently my kid had an appointment. I also brought my toddler to the office and he was in the play area. They need to clean the screens of the touch screen games. The next day my lil one got flu. I also noticed this a few months when I brought him to the same play area. The screens should be cleaned a couple of times during the day. also I would suggest they disinfect the slide and the jumping pad. The screen was dirty and I cleaned it later. Today was the best visit I have ever had at any dentist's office. My appointment was at 2pm. My daughter was called to be seen promptly at 2pm. They made her feelvery comfortable. I was surprised that she was so cooperative. We were walking out of the door by 2:45pm. They were to the point, but friendly. LOVE IT!!!
