I made an appointment with this office over the phone weeks in advance, they checked my insurance before i went there. When i get to my appointment they tell me that they do not take or accept my type of insurance making me waste my time. As a working parent I had to take hours off work to take my kids to this dentist but i they have no regards for you or your time so do not even bother to even call these people. Staff is rude too to make things worse.
I highly suggest that you go to the back with your child whenever possible. This may help to avoid any confusion about the service(s) your child will receive.

No longer waiting and all are knowledgeable and frendly wher they easily explain medical alert and treat it quickly.
an outstanding office with great doctors and a professional stuff starting from the ladies in the front they are well self explained and great dental work .
Kool smiles is the best! Marcela and Dr. Suk were very nice and explained the process to my fillings before begining. It made me less nervous.

Absolutely one of the BEST dental visits I've ever been to! Staff is great and friendly, the hygienist was amazing and took her time explaining everything that needed to be done. Truly recommend this location!
