Very quick and reliable. I had an issue with the compressor for the ADPR (Proofer machine). Steve from Cool Planet visited the store the same day, diagnosed it and order the part required and replace it in two days. I've used Kool Planet for many years for various refrigeration maintenance, repairs, replacements and preventative servicing. After struggling with our ancient (and temperamental) AirCon/heating, we decided to bite the bullet and replace the whole system this year.
