We have engaged Kool Line for an air conditioning service and then a replacement. Carmine (in the heat of summer) organised an inspection within a day and then a replacement within a couple more. Incredible service given the pressure. Thank you Carmine and the team - We are both very happy (and thankful) for the new air conditioner.

I would not recommend this company. Told a time and then lied about it said he never told me that time. Told me he was going to turn up. Never did and then couldn’t contact him for 2 days. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Poor communication +++. The employee himself working for the company was kind and lovely. It was the manager and the owner that lets the business down. It’s a shame really.
Terrible company. Unfortunately, our real estate agent uses this company (as they are a cheap option), so we've been stuck with them for a couple of years now. In that time, they've had to come to our house THREE separate times already, mainly to fix their own issues that THEY created. Despite this, our A/C STILL isn't working, yet it's under warranty, and they've just been ignoring all emails and calls for many months now.
