One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went there to get hair extensions and it was a total disaster. They cut my hair without my permission, didn’t do it properly, and the whole time they were making jokes and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. The customer service is awful — no respect, no professionalism. On top of that, the extensions they use are definitely not real hair as they claim. They feel rough, tangle easily, and look fake. “Tuve la peor experiencia en este lugar. Pagué $400 por extensiones y el resultado fue terrible. Me cortaron el cabello natural sin mi permiso, las extensiones eran de mala calidad, mal hechas, enredadas y me dejaron con dolor y picazón, sin poder dormir. Estuve 6 horas ahí para nada. Cuando pedí devolución, la estilista se negó y me bloqueó. Muy poco profesional y me causó un daño emocional. Tengo pruebas de mi cabello antes y después, y no quiero que nadie más pase por lo mismo. Definitivamente no es un salón profesional.”
