Unfortunately, I will not do business at Kool Kidz salon. We called on Tuesday to find out if they had any availability for my two daughters’ mani and pedi. We were scheduled for an appt at 11am the next day. We arrived at the salon and the place was closed. I called, then I was told that the nail tech told the receptionist that she wasn’t going to show up because we didn’t pay a deposit.
