The first time we went it was great! Had a crown put on and the doctor bragged at how well he did. The second time my child had the exact same procedure done (other side of mouth) and my child was screaming and balling and I suggested that maybe he needed more pain meds, at which point she said "if I don't trust her with my child then maybe I should go elsewhere." Needless to say we will never go back. My child is traumatized from that experience. The doctor is rude and not child friendly.
i really liked this dentist office in the beginning. the moment they no longer accepted my ins. i couldnt afford there rates when i finally got the ins they advised me that because i havent went to them in 2 years and because i missed an appointment which i advised to the lady that called to confirm that i could not offered it 2 years ago. now my kids cant go there!!! this whole ins crap and the way they handled my last call with them was so disrespectful and very unprofessional they practically hung up on me.
I love this place! The entire staff is wonderful and make my children feel comfortable!
