Josh was just wonderful,he came on time, did his job thoroughly and found the problem and he fixed our ducted air conditioning there and then, I am one very happy and satisfied customer and Highly recommend Kool Heat for all your air conditioning needs.
Nice and friendly and on time
Excellent customer service, both air conditioners clean/serviced with no problems and working like new. The technician was polite, respectful and professional. Recommend 100 percent.
Excellent service. Response to my query was prompt and interactions with sales and admin were marvelous. Tradies were very courteous and made sure they did not leave a mess behind. Certainly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
