They suck.
What an experience with Kool Freeze. Called them at 8am with no AC they had a tech to the house by 8:50am same day and they did an excellent job taking care of the issue. What a Professional company this is. The price was perfect and they were extremely informative let us know exactly what they were doing. They are our HVAC company from here on!!! Thank you Kool Freeze!
Called for a regular maintenance service call as a new customer, previous company we used no longer services OIB. Was surprised when the lady said they could fit us in same day! Josh, the technician, was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We've always had issues with one side of the house being cold and the other side being luke warm. He topped off the freon and gave me a couple suggestions. Will definitely be a repeat customer
My AC went out on a Saturday evening around 6:30. My disabled in laws were staying with us and I needed cool air fast. I called these guys and expected to get an answering machine since it was so late on a weekend. Much to my surprise , I get a real person on the other end and he told me they could be there shortly. 30 minutes later I had cool air and Kool Freeze has a life long customer! Thanks for saving us!
