I had an issue where I over paid by over $125, I contacted the company and owner returned my call within hours and he was very easy to deal with and honest and sent me a check in the mail within 24 hrs. and I had it in hand in less than 3 days. Kool Freeze is a wonderful company that provides timely, cost efficient service to the community. We use this company exclusively for personal and for ALL of our business needs. We have a local renovation company that has a LOT of HVAC needs and they are always great at communicating, scheduling taking care of whatever request we have that day.
David and his team at Kool Freeze are absolutely the BEST of the BEST!!! We have been using them for years and years. This evening we had a call from our renters that the HVAC was not cooling. In the time that we are now where everyone is out for how much profit they can make there is still some people who put there clients above everything else.
