Called for a regular maintenance service call as a new customer, previous company we used no longer services OIB. Was surprised when the lady said they could fit us in same day! Josh, the technician, was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We've always had issues with one side of the house being cold and the other side being luke warm. He topped off the freon and gave me a couple suggestions. Will definitely be a repeat customer
My AC went out on a Saturday evening around 6:30. My disabled in laws were staying with us and I needed cool air fast. I called these guys and expected to get an answering machine since it was so late on a weekend. Much to my surprise , I get a real person on the other end and he told me they could be there shortly. 30 minutes later I had cool air and Kool Freeze has a life long customer! Thanks for saving us!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Our air went out on the hottest week with temperatures almost 100 degrees!We had contacted another company which promised to come the next day! This was on a Wednesday and Thursday they were supposed to come! On Thursday we were told it would be Monday!!!I was told by this company It was not their problem we didnt have air!!!! Super hot day. Air conditioning broke down. It was a Wednesday 98° and humid. Called my regular company Sandpiper heating and air. They came out and said it needed a part and couldn't do until Tuesday (6 days away) had a lot of problems with my York central air system since sandpiper installed it 7 years ago.
