We have just had our Eriba caravan serviced for the first time by Kool Classics. Their customer service was exemplary and Pete managed to locate and repair a difficult intermittent 240V electrical fault, which was great. Equally, Claire came out late at night to the local campsite in order to try and resolve the issue. They obviously care about their customers. We will definitely use their service again.
