In response to an ex-employee tommy l (which we know your real name is not),I find it in poor taste that you would make up a fake negative review because we laid you off.we were under the impression that we parted on good terms,evidently not.If i see anymore fake negative reviews from you,i'll seek legal action.
They were very honest when they first open but the guy Phil has turned into a crook. He was highly recommended on base til the last 7 months now he is talk of the crooks right outside the gate.Please avoid this place its a joke
I highly recommend this shop to everyone now! They were honest and affordable and got my car fixed promptly.Too bad they don't do tires,But they did recommend another shop.I will definitely be back for my future maintenance or Repair's.
GOOD EXPERIENCE! – These guys were on their A game,They got my car figured out pretty quick and they came through on the price also,they also gave me a ride to work so i would not miss a day hanging out at a shop.hopefully my ride never breaks down again,but if it does i will bring it back to them.
DEALERSHIP NO-MORE! – I've always taken my car to the dealership for all my repair's.decided i'd give this shop down the street from my house a shot.I was actually pretty impressed with how professional these guys acted and how knowledgable they were.I had already gotten an estimate from Ford earlier in the week but didn't let on how much for.These guys beat the dealership by $287.00,did the repair's i requested and got me out of there in the same day.VERY IMPRESSED! they won over a new customer~Marc S.
Outstanding work! – dealership tried to take me for a ride on my repair cost,after getting several estimates,these guys came out about 298.00 cheaper than my lowest estimate.and had the job done in the same day.good job guys,you have my future business!
CROOKS DONT HONOR COUPON PRICE DONT DO REPAIRS – These crooks ripped me off on a brake job and committed credit card fraud. claimed i had warranty refused to honor warranty or refund my money. DO NOT HONOR COUPON PRICES, DO NOT GO HERE, I HEARD THEM LIE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT REPAIRS AS WELL

Honest and Fair – Honest and fair two words you do not hear when it comes too an auto mechanic This garage is the only one I will go to, Phil is honest and will tell you what you need and do not need I highly recommend this garage. Clean with skilled techs have worked on my car and truck And will work on my new truck, even a simple oil change, anything I have done will be done at Kool Air Jeff. M
