While your quality of headers is outstanding, hanging up the phone on your customers in the middle of a inquiry about their order is not professional at all!!! I almost decided to not even buy your product after today and if it were not for the quality of the parts you make I would have canceled and went elsewhere. Almost $3k on a set of headers which for most people is not cheap and you just hang up on them!!! Do better Kooks and fix your lead time on receiving product!!!
