Recently did our biannual trip to Phillip island for the motoGP and stayed here on our trip down. The rooms are a little worn and small but the service was nice. Included breakfast was a plus. Free beer on arrival. Evidently caters to the biker set quite a lot. Our team were all happy. Would be good to improve the capacity for receipt/invoice for stays. Some people want receipts/tax invoices. Sunrise was nice. Easy walk to most venues for drinks and dinner.
Beautiful old style lodge, friendly staff make you feel at home.
Two wonderful Hosts & staff who deserve heaps of praise for their hospitality and help. It's a very comfortable place and we certainly do recommend it as a great place to stay.
Amazing place, the amazing husband and wife that run the place really do make it special. We rented a queen bed with shared bathroom. The room was clean, room, pretty and had enough space that we where able to have our stuff out of foot traffic. There was a airconditioning unit and thick warm blankets, comfortable mattress and pillows. The floating bedside table allowed for a place to charge phones with out eating into the floor space. Bathroom where modern, clean and well maintained. No mold/mildue or odd stains to be seen.... read more
