Shaun responded promptly to an emergency with our blocked bathroom, which was at risk of contaminating the rest of the house. He worked diligently on both Sunday and Monday to resolve the issue. Although access to the pipes was delayed on Sunday due to a tenant being away, Shaun returned first thing Monday morning to fix it. He also explained the problem clearly (roots growing from a nearby tree) and proposed a long-term solution, which now just needs Strata's approval. I've called Kookaburra a few times for work on my elderly father's place in St Marys. Most recently, the toilet was blocked - and it's the only one in the house! Two guys attended within a few hours and the problem was fixed - no waiting needed. Previously they've also fixed the hot water element as well as replacing some of the old taps. Five stars :-)
