Our hot water system had finally died and we needed a new one quick. Rang Kookaburra this morning, they priced it over the phone and the new system was installed just after lunch. The guys placed cardboard down to protect our floor while transporting the new and old units through the house. Great service, polite and fair price.
My hot water system blew up late at night, called their after hours service had a tradesmen attend within half an hour! He turned off the water to the heater and even helped me clean the area! Another plumber came first thing in the morning with a new heater and installed. I checked the prices of the heater from other companies and Kookaburra Plumbing were significantly cheaper. Tradesmen and office staff were all very helpful, polite and well presented. Highly recommended.
Great experience with this plumbing company, service was great and the tradies were very well mannered and fast. Good pricing also compared to leonay plumbing who i have had other experiences with
