Written on behalf of client I would never recommend this ophthalmologist based on my experience. Communication throughout my care was extremely poor. At my appointment, I experienced a very long wait with no updates or explanation. I was also never informed beforehand that my eyes would be dilated and that I would need someone to drive me home, leaving me completely unprepared. I had a terrible experience and was only seen once post operatively in an 18 month period by Dr Marina Rayside. I am due to undergo more eye surgery and am living in dread of it. I've been a transplant recipient almost my entire life and have never experienced such a blatant disregard for patient care by a surgeon. It is unacceptable and inhumane. So much for Aishwaryas Rule
Dr Rayside is thorough and precise. Excellent advice on options available. Her team is friendly and helpful with a willingness to go the extra mile to help where they can.
