I did not use this business as sent several photos/emails to Michelle and a scope of work as I was recommended by the Carrier Cust Service specialist as a good company to use for my job. Michelle a bit snippy on phone but sent info anyway and never heard again. Clearly do not need my business.
Very unprofessional, I have experienced with them, they came to have a look our aircondition The Technician called my mobile number telling me that they're there, without notice that they are coming. Everybody is working, they should give us notice atleast 30mins so I can leave work to let him in. I asked Him if He can give me 30mins but He said NO! in the first place you should call me prior to come, Yes it's been scheduled on that day but How would I know when are you going to turn up!
