Asked for tests that needed to be done and was just outrightly ignored. Won't be going back.
Absolutely no respect and care for people with mental health issues, I’m unsure how any of you can sleep at night with the complete disregard you’ve shown. It’s quite disgraceful how you treat people with such vulnerabilities.
Koobil medical is wonderful! Recpetion staff, especially Kerrie, are so lovely and accommodating. Doctors are fantastic, I feel like I am always in such good hands. Thank you!!
