Terrible. Down hill since Sandy & Mathie left. Rachel was a good doctor, she left. I’ve had one I couldn’t understand, another who is rude and incompetent. Didn’t want to know, told me couldn’t add something to a blood test as it’s against legalities (BS, been done plenty of times) told me go to hospital if pain gets worse. Did nothing. Any wonder she has availabilities. Go back to making street food wouldn’t take a cat there.
Doctor don't now what they are talking about. And won't do anything to help, don't throw your money away at this place.
Absolutely terrible experience with a new doctor there. Firstly my phone consult was 1 hr 15 minures late. I was then brushed off, obviously because they were running late. The Dr did NOT CARE at all about what I wanted to talk about. I then went to the chemist to get my prescription only to be told by the chemist that the prescription appeared to be wrong! After THREE calls to the clinic/doctor and me waiting 45 minutes for them to call the chemist back, I walked out without the medication. Absolutely disgusting !!

After being happy with KWR medical centre for the past 25 years, I'll now be changing GP. My last two visits were very poor. The doctor even laughing in my face when I asked a very serious question. Rude. Dr also gave me a prescription for blood pressure without even checking my blood pressure. !! What the?
