Unacceptable wait times and lack of communication. We have been waiting over three hours and counting with no meaningful updates. No one will provide any information, and attempts to get answers have gone nowhere. My mom has an appointment for a in office procedure was told it will be only 30 minutes her appointment was at 11 am and it’s now 2:15 pm and still waiting. This is ridiculous

Not easy to get an appointment with certain doctors but once you do, they’re excellent.
BILLING: I went to the Bascom Palmer Emergency Room for a detached retnia emergency, to save my eyesight. Violating Florida Law ‘no surprise act’ BP is balance billing me for emergency services $16k. BP not responding to requests for help by web portal, email, and phone. All the services I’ve received are ‘emergency services’ for detached retnia, however BP billing department keeps submitting billing codes to my insurance company as 'out-of-network'. BP illegally wouldn't perform emergency surgery unless I paid $15k upfront.... read more
