I just picked up my prescription from this pharmacy and had a great experience. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and the staff helped me pick over the counter generic options that were cheaper. Very happy to have a pharmacy nearby with great service.
I switched to this pharmacy looking to make my medication pick up easier. While the staff there is kind they have been overcharging me for medication for months because they were processing my insurance incorrectly. The staff there never notified me that they were having issues with my insurance and instead had me pay out of pocket despite all my medications being covered. Been using Konwaller as my pharmacy for years, and I absolutely love this place. The staff is great, and gives you personalized service. They go above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy.
I've been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and it's always been great even though staff changes from time to time the professionalism still shines through it
