I had an issue with my new Ducati that the dealership ignored and sent me in my worldly travels. I stopped in here and he was able to help me with my issue, couldn’t fix the problem completely but he found the one main contributor to the excessive for seal leak. I was able to finish my travels to Tofino and back home.
Thanks to kontrol suspension with such short notice got my suspension dialed in feeling great for the race weekend! Definetly would recommend
Best bike shop I’ve been to, Tom is super knowledgeable and has good prices and is the only person in Nanaimo who can service rear shocks. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else besides here
