I really wanted to like this and I even gave them/Callie (had 2 groomers the first time, just Callie again the second) a second chance to try and get better. They did not. Pros: they are very nice and scheduling is extremely convenient. Cons: they do NOT know how to cut doodle hair. First time I told them keep the length on the body and shorten/round out the ears and face. They did the EXACT OPPOSITE they basically sheared my dog’s body and didn’t touch the rest. Highly recommend this company! Very easy to book, fantastic communication and everyone I interacted with was so friendly. I have an anxious pup who doesn’t like getting his pedicures but my groomer did a wonderful job with him and he came home relaxed and happy. Will be booking again!
We LOVE Kontota! Jessica is always so professional, kind and loving to our fur baby. We also love progress photos, they’re the best during service!
Groomer was kind listened to what I had to say without feeling rushed. my dog came out happy and looking the best I seen her yet, good work 💯
Jessica did an amazing job on my pup!! She was so kind, attentive, and paid great attention to my concerns for my dog. She even sent me pics during the grooming!! I was beyond impressed. It is a little on the pricier end, but since it's a mobile grooming service, it's expected. 10/10 recommend!!!
