Cue loves her groomer. She actually will willingly get into the van now when before I had to pick her up to put her in. She doesn't try to bolt now either
I am old school but I just thought the pricing was a bit high but I have decided I will have my Yorkie pampered every 6 weeks. I would like the website to be a bit better on the quoting [INCLUDE THE MINI GROOM $ OPTION]. It wasn't until I spoke to someone did I understand better - I am sure it is only me. This was our first grooming experience and Jessica was an angel! Our 3 year old rescue is very anxious especially of new people and Jessica was so patient and calm. She gave him time to get to know her before she started grooming. She texted me updates throughout and the finished product was great. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you, Jessica
