Went there today to get grandson his first car the guy said that the car had just gone through the shop so I figured I would look under the hood immediately lifting the hood I could smell antifreeze I checked the radiator low overflow bottle empty battery corroded transmission cooler line leaking when I pointed these things out we were told to leave the lot buyer beware
This establishment had a car listed on marketplace that seemed like it could be a decent deal for our daughter to get into something new. My partner called and spoke with the receptionist and got minimal information, but we were interested enough to go look, so we paid for a carfax report and got what details we could from that. We each left work early and drove over an hour to look at this vehicle. My partner drove it. Our daughter drove it and there were no major red flags. Kontios did a wonderful job on my car and everyone was so nice! Will be returning for all future car work.
Grossly overpriced services and they have no clue what they’re doing, they will put things in wrong in order to charge you more when it doesn’t work. I brought my car to a different shop after i suspected that kontios was trying to get every dollar possible. Kontios said they put in all new plugs and coils but they only put 1 new plug in, and 1 new coil that wasn’t even put on the right misfiring cylinder! one of the spark plugs was so loose you could unthread it with your finger, and 2 others were only threaded partway in a... read more
