Dr Spaniolas is an extraordinary dr that takes care of his patients even after the surgical part is over - quite unusual in this era of compartmentalized medical practices. His care is about the patient, not about what is easy and convenient. As a medical dr I do know when I encounter an excellent physician and a human being who extended himself beyond his ordinary call of duty when I desperately needed his help.

He saved my 92 year old mother’s life. She needed emergency surgery to fix a hiatal hernia and esophageal problems. Other Drs from a different area of NY were afraid to give her this operation but it became a matter of life or death. Dr. Spaniolas stepped in and fixed her. I can’t give a better recommendation than this!
