We used Konst to source high-end, imported items for a bathroom remodel. Their back end customer service is so bad that I would never go back or recommend them to any homeowner, even if they are the sole source available. We ordered vanities, sink basins, and a special shower panel from Artelinea. The shower panel was the wrong color, and one of the sink basins arrived with a clear problem---it was a slightly different color than the other, suggesting a production problem. Excellent experience, thanks inspired beyond belief. It’s a very well thought out display of unique items and features for design from form to function, to just blatant good design. Exquisite procurement and sourced designers, brands, specialists of the craft in industry. Will definitely be returning as often as possible. I mentioned it to be a layered museum with a gallery exploring process that has more that uncovers itself as you navigate, or toured around the space. 10/10
