I wish I could select 10 stars for Konquer ! I need to express that the staff at Konquer were outstanding with technical, resourceful, understanding, polite and with a professionally warm atmosphere. The service department did an outstanding task of dyno'ing and servicing my 2002 HD Heritage EFI motorcycle. I have been at other competitors that did not make me feel anywhere near as welcome and a "part of the family" as the Konquer staff did. 50% stocking fee on something that doesn't work out of the box because I don't have the original box. Cheapest-made dog carrier that costed me close to $500. I trusted the price tag and the store. I assumed that the carrier would be safe for my dog but it's the most flimsy carrier on the market with the most premium price tag. (If I get the straps any tighter than that the bag starts folding inwards.) Unfortunately, I cannot suggest this shop because of the customer support.
