My daughter and I were here for 15 minutes before we had to leave. She is 3 years old and accidentally peed her pants on our way to the porta potty. By the time she would've been bathed and changed we would've had to turn around to get my son off the bus, so I asked if we so could come back tomorrow. The manager informed me that they don't do refunds. I wasn't asking for a refund; I was asking for a rain check. She said we could come back tomorrow and pay half price. I'm disappointed in the way this was handled.
