Took my 3yr old for the first time this past sunday September 24th, 2017 for the frozen day to meet anna, elsa, & olaf, 1. It was super rushed! 2. They did a horrible job letting everyone know what time olaf was going to be there after anna and elsa left (it said it on the web page but wasn't very accurate) & did not even mention or show that they were all going to sing and perform and what time! 3. Our apologies. We truly wish we could satisfy everyone. With that extremely hot day, we were unable to do everything we wished. Ice sculptures, snow globe activities and dry ice. We added the show last minute due to the heat and the fact we could not add the rest of the activities. No excuses! We are deeply sorry for the poor performance, and hope to make it up to you on another date
Very nice place. The staff was very attentive and nice to everyone especially on the extremely hot fall day.
Wish there was a season pass..my sons were disappointed the duck races were gone too.
