We looked into these adorable vacation homes and were so impressed with the help we received from Shelley in the office. She was so pleasant and knowledgable and went above and beyond for us!

Don’t live here unless you make $4800 a month. My husband and I were in the process of moving from Sacramento to lake county to be closer to my family to raise our baby and we recently opened escrow on a beautiful home in this mobile park and got approved by a mortgage lender. Unfortunately the park management was a joke and handled the whole process so unprofessionally.
