I would definitely recommend Kono Tree Care. Christian responded promptly when I requested an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest I had received. Excellent customer service.
I have Never Ever seen such professionalism with any company. Christian and Julian are Awesome!! The crew cleaned up all waste, engaged with the customer. I would and will recommend Kono Tree, to all of my friends.. Outstanding!! Thank You!!! Ps: They were on Time!! Yeah!!!!
Highly recommend Kono tree service! They cut an 80 foot tree that was split. They were highly proficient using skid steers to load the branches into the wood chipper and thoroughly cleaned up. It was like they were never there reasonably priced and very professional even did some extra branches that I cut and took those for me as well. I would recommend to other’s in the Hampton Roads area.
We had several large trees, as well as pruning to be done. We got 3 quotes from 3 separate companies, Kono Tree Care being one of them. The owner was quick, responsive, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. He came out on time and did an estimate, we agreed on a price, he sent me the written quote and we were scheduled. What can I say? They arrived on time. Very professional. The entire crew was efficient and left my property as if they were never here. Great communication and everyone was very respectful. I would have no problem recommending them.
