Hands down some of the best Ethiopian food in Colorado! I have to give a huge shoutout to Valentina and Nya for always putting so much care into the food and making sure I leave with more than enough. The portions are generous, the food is consistently delicious, and the staff genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I also really appreciate that they have amazing gluten free injera, which can be hard to find. Great food, great people, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to again and again!
Really good food. I got the beef and its mildly spicey. The Kik was also really good as well. My homeboy got the chicken. He wasnt prepared for the sour fermented injera (think kombucha if you never had injera before) but he loved the new experience. 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend.
Whenever I'm at Edgewater Marketplace, I always stop by this spot. The injera is the perfect match for the heavy meats. It balances everything out so the food doesn't feel too heavy or overwhelming!
