Im 27 weeks pregnant and very visibly so. This office was close to where I was and I kindly asked to use their restroom. The receptionist said no. I couldn’t believe they’d turn away a pregnant woman from using their bathroom in a desperate situation!

I called ahead and was told they could do a dental cleaning. After I drove there and waited, they tried to charge me for other services I didn’t want and did not do the cleaning. This was a waste of my time and very disappointing.

Headline: Ruined my original veneer, forced a costly crown, and took nearly a year to fix his mistake. I strongly do not recommend Dr. Allen Konis. My experience with him has been an absolute nightmare due to clear incompetency, a lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient input. ​I have been a patient of Dr. Konis for many years and always found the staff courteous and the routine cleanings fine. However, my perspective changed drastically after a recent experience where I actually needed urgent care, and the practice completely let me down. ​I visited with severe pain. Dr Konis is a wonderful and caring dentist. He's very competent, knowledgeable personable and gentle. His staff are easy to deal with, very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I highly recommend him.
