she said one thing to me over the phone, then I called her office and they said a completely different thing. In short I am not getting the treatment I need! she does not listen, and will not return calls. I would never recommend her.
Dr. Konigsberg listens, asks pertinent questions, spends sufficient amount of time with me, the patient and is pleasant and thorough in her exam.
Office personell unprofessional, unable to get vital information correct in records. Dr. does not follow-up with results from testing.
This place is a BUSINESS! Do not go here if you want compassionate care or to be treated like a human. Never getting your results on time, their online patient portal system is FULL OF FLAWS. Do not expect quality care here. Lousy office staff. Your'e just a number at Diabetes and Endocrine Associates.
Not a friendly doctor. She is very rushed, and rude. I was in the room with my husband as she took a biopsy, he was in extreme amounts of pain due to the fact that she barely numbed the area. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy! We will never be back to this office again.
Wasn't very impressed with this doctor or staff. Had to wait a half an hour to be seen (and I had the paper work finished) only for her to give a ten minute consultation. Staff didn't inform me of how when scheduling appointments work but if you are late they add a 25 late fee and you have to reschedule your appt. This was my first and last time going to this office. Bottom line is I was not impressed with the office or staff!
