Good Doctor
Dr. Konigsberg was fine with my 2 year old (whose feet have been going inward, with one being collapsed), but offered little guidance after telling me her x-rays looked good. I asked questions about orthotics which her PT had been inquiring about, and wanted to know at the least if they'd be "harmful" if not helpful to try out. HIs response continued to be variations on, "have her seen by a neurologist." We had a great experience with Dr. Konigsberg. The staff was very professional and warm. We didn’t have to wait and were seen on time. Dr. K was great with my 5 yr old and made her feel safe and comfortable. He explained the xray results to me in human/mom not medical terms and let met me know what to watch out for in the future.
Overall experience was bad - doctor felt very rushed, did not spend time discussing the long term treatment plan or ask if we had questions. Exam room was not clean - multiple dead bugs
We've had a great experience with Dr. Konigsberg and the entire orthopedic team. They are kind, professional, and always make my son feel comfortable during his visits. I truly appreciate their care and highly recommend this office.
