One star is too much. They had my car 3 years , charged me over $27,000 , still was not able to fix and has not returned money they owe for work that never was performed. Plus refused to return parts, that were paid for, and never performed. Avoid this thief.
Denny and his shop are top notch. They quickly diagnosed my car’s issues (Audi RS5, fuel system), expedited parts, and completed the needed repairs very promptly. Denny is a car guy and knows his stuff! Highly recommend König!
I highly recommend Konig Motorsports! They got my car in right away, clearly explained the cost of the work, and used quality parts—not cheap knockoffs. Denny is a wizard when it comes to diagnostics. While I was there, I saw several beautiful restoration projects and high-end vehicles in the warehouse, which tells me that people with quality cars trust them. That gave me a lot of confidence in their work.
I called to ask about pricing on something I needed to get done and he told me over the phone it was one price and then when I was ready to give him my card to run, it ended up being about $100 more. It was my spark plugs that needed to be changed and it took about 4 hours as well. I get having other things to attend to but when I was told 1 hour, it was much more than that. It made me sad because I read the other reviews and they were all so good. Sad to say but I won’t be going back.
Denny is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable! He’s been working on high end European and Italian cars for a long time. Any question I have he explained everything and always offers a better option that would save me money. Fantastic shop and the only one other than warranty work at the dealer I would go to for my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio.
