Got charged 175 for the evaluation of my geo and nothing improved. They had to call the makers of the unit and ask for advice which I could have done for free. After it still didn't work they said it was the loop system but they aren't qualified to work on them and recommended someone else to evaluate the loop which wasn't the problem. Our brand new Mendota is all installed and looks beautiful. It is kicking on and off at our set 69 degrees. The guys did a very nice professional job and we enjoy. One problem, Josh left some of his tools here. Lets make connections.
What a great service person. My 21 year old gas fireplace need service, a part and I added a remote. They were fair, quick and I was left happy. It doesn't get much better than that.
I was thrilled. I was a educated consumer on wood fireplaces. Before buckling down for the wood fireplaces here I had shopped around, called around and read up a lot on wood fireplaces. Konieczka has the best selection of stoves from wood to gas to antique, hands down! They have managed to make it a great atmosphere, as well as being able to give their expert advice. Very good experience all together and would recommend it to anyone in need of a stove or fireplace or just need some work done.
