Excellent company, good products!
It is a bummer that there aren’t more IT people familiar with their system. WORST COMPANY MY CLINIC HAS EVER WORKED WITH. Was told that if my problem was a quick fix less than 15 minutes that we wouldn’t have to pay $450/hr. It took maybe 15 minutes to fix our problem, then received an invoice for $450. $450!!! For 15 minute fix. They send an itemized invoice with times that were not at all associated with the times we fixed the issue. I was also charged for a voicemail being left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
