our Printer is been down for almost two month and they did nothin, so sad.
As a previous employee as IT Consultant, I worked for a couple of months and then resigned. The reason it is a very micromanagement company, their managers are so childish with the employees. If you do not have a choice, work there. Otherwise, please DO NOT WORK at all.
Well, the supply chain shortage of black toner is a real issue- what’s worse is the managing of Konica Minolta’s clients. Ordered black toner almost 2weeks ago and still no black toner. The copy machine is completely down. KM will not let you order a spare toner. You have to function on 20% (almost empty) for two long weeks- we arE out of service. Time to shop for a new copy machine.
