I contacted Konica Minolta today because I was experiencing a printing problem with our copier. The machine was purchased for our senior center a few years ago before I started working for the center. The center purchased the machine outright, but maintains a service contract with Minolta. I called to see about adding the Scanning feature which the staff informed me they were told when they purchased it that this machine has that feature.
