Terrible customer service and response time! Had to deal with sales manager, then had to deal with Service manager who had to deal with sales team again all this time waited over two months and have not received a reply to create an account for us so we can pay them to repair our KM Bizhub 4750i printer. I think their entire Minneapolis team needs to be fired and their vice president in charge needs to oversee why these guys are fools.
If I could give zero I would. These people are the used car salesmen of the printer and IT world. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Horrible communication. Non existent service. Called at least 25 times over a period of 10 months to extend our service contract on our 3320i. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. I now own a useless Printer/Copier that isn't even 2 years old.
