I'm an obese 60-something seeking removal of some irritating skin tags in sweaty friction prone areas. Dr. Konheim told me to just lose weight,and quit complaining, as insurance wouldn't cover tag removal, then offered to freeze off a couple that looked pre-cancerious. In the past my other dermatologists removed larger tags, and biopsied them. Dr. Konheim infered that body image wasn't much important after 60, considering my body weight.
