Diverse place.
First time at kongs this evening. What a gym. Literally every piece of kit you can think of, and it’s high quality top of the range stuff! The lad on the desk was great and showed me around before my session so I knew how to plan my training! So accommodating. Will definitely be back. What an awesome discovery and would highly recommend to anyone getting in to fitness and experienced lifters. The best gym Iv been to in the uk. 10/10
Best gym in Bridgend, and probably South Wales!
Doubt there's many better gyms in Wales
The facility itself was excellent. It had a huge range of machines and doubles of the most popular exercises so there was almost no waiting around.
